Thanks so much for taking the time to focus on our car Friday. Since we were from out of town, we were uncertain as to whether we get the car repaired and get back to New York during the weekend. But, after giving it some thought and after you so graciously drove us to I95 and Route 198 (and then waited another 45 minutes for us to be picked up) we knew we wanted you to finish the job. Even though it was a difficult time, you made it better.

Great customer service! They found a major problem but went the extra mile and found out that my car was still under factory warranty. They even set up my appointment with the Nissan dealership. Honest shop!
